Simple from start to finish

How It
Works

Organising a wedding is a lot. So here's exactly what working with me looks like, from your first enquiry through to the moment your finished films arrive.

The full process

Every step, explained

01
Send an Enquiry

Fill in the short form on the Investment page with your wedding date, venue and a few details. I'll come back to you with availability and full package information. No vague "get in touch for a quote," just everything you need upfront.

02
Secure Your Date
20% deposit to book

Once you're happy, a 20% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance isn't due until 30 days before your wedding.

03
Receive Your Welcome Pack
Sent on booking

As soon as you're booked, you'll receive a welcome pack with everything you need to know about working together and what to expect on the day.

04
Pre-Wedding Questionnaire
Before your day

In the weeks before your wedding, I'll send a detailed questionnaire to go through every detail together. Timings, must-have moments, key people to capture, speech order, first dance. Nothing gets missed.

The questionnaire covers: day timeline, getting-ready logistics, ceremony details, special moments or people, any venue restrictions, and your music preferences for the film.

05
Your Wedding Day

I arrive three hours before the ceremony, giving plenty of time for getting ready coverage and the quiet moments before the day begins. I stay through to around an hour after the first dance.

My approach is completely unobtrusive. I work quietly, move naturally through your day and never direct or stage moments. What you get back is exactly what happened. I'll also fly the drone during your wedding breakfast where the venue permits.

06
Your Films Are Delivered

Your finished films are delivered privately online. Every edit receives my full care and attention. I listen to the audio from your ceremony and speeches first, find music that fits the emotional tone of your day, then build the film around that.

Every package includes a 3-5 minute highlight film, a 10-15 minute feature film, a full ceremony edit and a full speeches edit. All delivered via a private link, yours to keep and download forever.

Good questions

FAQ

If you're both at the venue or within about fifteen minutes of each other, yes. If it's further apart, I'll spend the morning with the bride and capture the groom greeting guests before the ceremony. A second videographer can be added for full dual coverage.
I do. Fully insured, CAA licensed and ready to go. I'll fly it at your wedding as long as the venue permits and the weather plays ball. I typically use it during the meal so it's completely unobtrusive. If your venue needs my drone licence number, just ask.
Commercial tracks can't be used in wedding films for licensing reasons, so I work from a curated catalogue of licensed music. Finding the right track is a big part of my process. I listen to your speeches and ceremony audio first, then find something that fits the emotional tone of your day and build the film around it.
Yes. I hold all relevant insurance required to film at your venue, as well as a full CAA drone licence. If your venue needs copies of either, just drop me a message and I'll send them straight over.
Absolutely. I love destination weddings. I've filmed in Greece and the USA and would love to work with couples getting married in Italy, France, Spain, Portugal or anywhere else in the world. Travel costs for destination weddings are discussed at enquiry stage.
